Pricing

Simple pricing

A single upfront fee to build your site. Manage it yourself for free afterwards, or I'll keep it hosted and supported for £20/month. Built for holiday and hospitality businesses, and any other small business.

Why choose me

Cheaper, more personal, and easier to run

Cheaper

The most competitive price around

Compared with every other option out there, this is the most competitive price you'll find — see the real example below.

No commission

You keep every booking

Marketplaces take a cut indefinitely. A direct booking through your own site costs a few pence in card fees, not a percentage.

Found on Google

Seen by people ready to book

Most guests start with a search engine, not social media. A website is what shows up when they're ready to book, day or night.

Just me

You deal with the person building it

No account managers, no handoffs — you speak directly to the person writing the code, from first enquiry to launch and beyond.

Easier to manage

One place for every booking

Card, bank transfer or cash — however a guest pays, it lands in the same simple booking table. No juggling separate systems.

No lock-in

You're never tied in

Manage it yourself for free whenever you like, or stay on the £20/month plan — either way, there's no long contract.

Simple pricing

Pick your plan

Three fixed tiers depending on the size of your site, paid once. After that, it's yours to manage for free, or I'll keep it hosted and supported for a flat £20/month.

Free

Manage it yourself

Once it's built, every file is handed over. Host it wherever you like, no ongoing cost to me at all.

£20/month

I keep managing it

Hosting, small updates and support, and I'm always available if you need a change made.

Real example

A 5-pitch site, half full, every night of the season

A small touring site open April–October (214 days), 5 pitches at £25/night, always half full — about 268 bookings and £13,375 in revenue a year, at a 2-night average stay.

Pitchup vs me

This example assumes only a third of those bookings come through your own site in year one — the other two-thirds still book via Pitchup while the site builds its own visibility.

Basis Year 1 Year 2+
Blended cost with your own site £1,842.17 £1,662.17
Cost if everything stayed on Pitchup £2,006.25 £2,006.25
£164

Saved in year one, Standard tier build fee included

£344

Saved every year after, once the build fee is behind you

Real example, continued

Me vs GemaPark, and me vs HolidayFox

Same booking numbers as above, but the full amount through one route at a time, instead of blended with Pitchup.

Me vs GemaPark

Route Year 1 Year 2+
Your own site — Ridings Digital £674.23 £494.23
GemaPark booking system From £780 + setup From £780

GemaPark doesn't publish a fixed rate — it's quote-based, historically from around £65/month plus a setup fee, and it's a booking system to add to an existing site rather than a full website, so it's not quite like-for-like.

Me vs HolidayFox

Route Year 1 Year 2+
Your own site — Ridings Digital £674.23 £494.23
HolidayFox "Website in a Box" £1,078.86 £1,078.86
£405

Saved in year one vs HolidayFox, build fee included

£585

Saved every year after, once the build fee is behind you

What each route actually gives you

Common questions

Pricing FAQ

What's included in the build fee?

Design, development and delivery of your site — a fully custom, mobile-responsive build with on-page SEO and an enquiry form. Revisions are included while it's being built.

Do I need the £20/month plan?

No, it's optional. It covers hosting, SSL, updates and support. Skip it and host the finished site yourself.

Do I own my website?

Yes, 100%. Once it's built and paid for, every file is yours, whether you host it yourself or stay on the monthly plan.

How long does it take to build?

I aim to complete sites and get them live within 2 weeks of starting. You'll get a clear timeline after we've talked through what you need.
